Solar Panels at Monmouth College...What!?

That's right, folks! The solar panels are up! Come over and take a look at them. They are located towards the back left of the garden, near the apartments. They are going to be used to power the water pump. Pretty cool stuff.

I am glad that people are now moving towards renewable sources of energy. It is good for the environment despite the expense.Solar energy doesn’t produce any greenhouse gases or atmospheric emissions and can directly offset our dirtiest energy: coal-powered electricity. The amount of energy used to make solar panels is usually paid back within one to two years of solar production.

The Solar Power is considered as the new energy for us and it is green power for the environment. We should encourage more people using it in the life.

The solar power is the safest and cleanest energy and helps us sustain the environment.Unlike the non-renewable energy sources, such as coal and petroleum, solar power does not smog or global warming.
