- After many days of nonstop rain, we finally were able to avoid the rain for long enough to get basil, cucumbers, beets, Swiss chard, okra, spinach, and a ton of CORN into the ground.
- We were also able to get some weeding and trimming done in the process of planting.
- We got a lot of cucumbers planted in the garden, as well as bee attracting flowers out at the farm.
- We spent a lot of time in the morning and afternoon working on trimming of the farm and garden.
- Signs for individual crops were also worked on today.
- We trimmed and mowed around the farm and garden.
- Mulched around the plants in the garden.
- Moved compost from the bin to the dirt pile.
- Moved all the seed blocking from the greenhouse into its place in the garden.
- Planted beans in the garden and planted squash and pumpkins at the farm.
- Hung up our new sign.
- Spent most of the morning showing the Golden Scots around the farm.
- The rest of the day we picked and prepared strawberries.
